We accept all major Credit and Debit cards, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
Do you accept returns?
As all of our products are packed in a way to ensure freshness, we cannot accept returns. If you have any problems with your order please get in touch.
Where is my order confirmation?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, don’t panic! Please check your spam/junk folders before contacting us.
Can I track my Schweet Plug order?
As soon as your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can go to your order details and select view my order. From there you will receive up to date information about your order. You can also sign up for text notifications on the status and delivery.
If I place an order today, will it be sent out the same day?
If your order is placed before 3pm, it will be shipped the very same day. If not, your order will usually be dispatched the next working day after it is placed, but it could take us up to 2 working days to dispatch your order during busier periods.
HELP! I haven’t received my order
All orders are tracked to ensure you can keep an eye on it. We try our best to make sure deliveries keep within the estimated delivery timeframes.
